T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER

The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for: FOR THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF N1 SOUTH AND R30 TOLL PLAZAS ON NATIONAL ROUTE N1 AND R30

This project is in the Free State province in the district municipalities of Lejeweleputswa, Mangaung, Fezile Dabi Emfuleni and City of Johannesburg. The approximate duration is 73.5 months including 6 weeks for the Establishment Period. The approximate duration includes the Design-Build and Operation Service Period.

Note: the successful Tenderer shall be required to appoint the Incumbent System Integrator and a Nominated Subcontractor, that will be nominated by SANRAL, for the Design Build Operations and Maintenance of the Toll System for this project.

A COMPULSORY BRIEFING SESSION

A compulsory briefing session will be conducted virtually on the 10 February 2026, at 10H00 for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session link will go live 15min before to ensure tenders complete the register. Information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late.

The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late.

Late arrivals (15 Minutes late) will not be allowed to participate in the meeting. A Tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one Tenderer at the tender briefing meeting.

A tender-class briefing presentation will be sent to all Tenderers who attended the briefing session. It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure they receive the presentation.
