T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBD1) The South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd Western Region 1 Havenga Street Oakdale Bellville 7530 INGEROP SA (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process and monitoring environmental compliance during construction for The Upgrade from single to dual Carriageway on National Route 2 Section 7 between Die Vleie (km 43.58) To Swartvlei River (km 54.40).This project is in the province of Western Cape and in the district municipality of Garden Route. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by May 2027, followed by construction monitoring of 36 months, commencing February 2029. Only tenderers • who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 are eligible to tender. TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are available at no cost in electronic format from the SANRAL website using the following link https://www.nra.co.za/service-provider-zone/tenders/open-tenders/. Tenderers must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible software. Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date Friday, 14 February 2025. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not TENDERER’S MEETING A virtual tenderers’ clarification meeting will be held on Friday, 21 February 2025 at 12h00. Queries may be emailed to sramather@ingerop.co.za / jfrank@ingerop.co.za A link to the clarification briefing meeting will be sent to tenderers who complete and submit a Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender (Form A1.1). COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on Friday, 7 March 2025 Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.
