THE UPGRADING OF PROVINCIAL ROAD D3810 FROM THOMO (KM 0.0) TO HLOMELA (KM 29.5)

  Dear service providers.

1.     You are invited to register on the contract Data Base for sub-contracting work on the abovementioned project. 

Registration Date: From 27 November 2024 to 13 December 2024

Registration Close: 12H00 on 13 December 2024

•       Loading and hauling-Package 3

•       Culverts-Package 4

•       Concrete kerbing and channeling, chutes, downpipes, concrete, stone pitched and gabion linings for open drains-Package 5

•       Borrow materials-Package 6

•       Cut materials-Package 7

•       Roadbed-Package 8

•       Fill-Package 9

•       General requirements for surface treatments-Package 10

•       Pitching, stonework, cast in situ concrete for protection against erosion-Package 11

•       Road restraint systems -Package 12

•       Fencing-Package 13

•       Road signs-Package 14

•       Road markings and road studs-Package 15

•       Security-Package 16

•       Toilets-Package 17

•       Plant hire-Package 18

•       Fuel-Package 19

Potential Contractors may register for more than one works package on submission. This has to be indicated on the Contractors Cover Letter for registration. 

3.     Mandatory documentation that are required from the Contractors at the time of registration are: 

•       Company Cover letter indicating the packages that the company will be registering for. 

•       Company registration documents (CIPC) 

•       Proof that the Tenderer is registered with the CIDB (if applicable).

•       Proof that the Tenderer is registered on National Treasury’s CSD. •          Proof that the Tenderer is a level 1 to 4 B-BBEE contributor;

•       Proof that the Tenderer is an EME or a QSE.

•       Proof that the Tenderer falls within one or more of the designated groups (youth, woman, military veteran or disabled persons) (if applicable).

•       Letter of good standing (valid, not expired) 

•       Proof banking details in company name / Letter from the Bank 

•       Company Profile (updated profile showing the current year) 

•       Relevant References and contact details 

Important Note:  

•       Registration documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marking the COMPANY NAME.  

•       All Contractors are to ensure that they complete the register provided when submitting documents.
