NRA 2024/1294 - TRAINING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FOR SMALL CONTRACTORS AND THE COMMUNITIES ON NATIONAL ROUTE N2 SECTION 20 MOUNT FRERE (KM 0.00) TO NTABANKULU JUNCTION (KM 34.4) PHASE 2

This project is in the province of Eastern cape and in the district Alfred Nzo Municipality The approximate duration is 18 Months including 3 months for the mobilisation Period.

Only tenderers who are a CIDB contractor grading of 7CE as stated on the Tender Data may submit tender offers. CIDB Regulation 25 (1B) will be applicable to this Contract.

Tenders from tenderers registered as potentially emerging enterprises with a CIDB contractor grading designation lower than a contractor grading designation required for this tender, will not be accepted. Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database are eligible to tender.

A compulsory briefing session

A compulsory briefing session will be conducted Virtually on the 13 September 2024  at  12:00pm ,for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.

Bidders must send an email to the contact person to request for link to join the meeting, Closing date for the request is 2 days prior to the Briefing Session. A tender clarification briefing presentation will be sent to all Bidders who attended the briefing session, it is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure they receive the presentation. Late arrivals (15 Minutes late) will not be allowed to participate in the meeting and their submissions shall be declared non-responsive. A tenderer’s representative cannot represent more than one tenderer at the tender briefing meeting.

Closing Date

The closing date for receipt of tenders is 07 October 2024 @ 12:00pm (South African Time). Tenders must be placed inside the tender box at:
