T1.1     TENDER NOTICE

TENDER NUMBER:  NRA N.007-030-2020/2SCC

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: THE IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ROUTE 7 SECTION 3 BETWEEN PIKETBERG (km 31.53) AND PIEKENIERSKLOOF PASS (km 65.30)

Tenders are hereby invited from Survey Organisations

a)          Of whom one Director/Partner or a member of a Close Corporation is suitably registered in terms of The Geomatics Profession Act no. 19 of 2013, (Refer to TMH11 Version3, Clause 1.18, for registration requirements);

b)          That are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD);

c)           Who has a minimum B-BBEE level of 5, and

d)          Who qualifies as an EME or QSE in terms of Act 5 of 2000 (PPPFA) and its latest regulations,

e)          Unless stated otherwise in the tender data, each tenderer and the Employer undertake to accept the jurisdiction of the law courts of the Republic of South Afrika.

A Tenderer that fails to meet any of the criteria stipulated above shall be disqualified.

The location of the project is: The road reserve of National Route 7 Section 3 in the Western Cape between the town of Piketberg at km 31.53 and Piekenierskloof Pass at km 65.30.

The approximate programme is that the survey services are required for a period of 36 months commencing in the latter half of 2024.

No compulsory tenderer's clarification meeting will be held.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.

Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.

Tenders shall be bound without any loose pages.
