ERO Engineers (Pty) Ltd invites tenders on behalf of the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC limited, for the Subservice of managing the environmental process and monitoring environmental compliance during design of the N2 WILD COAST TOLL HIGHWAY BETWEEN NTAFUFU (KM 92.28) ON SECTION  19 AND BAMBISANA HOSPITAL INTERSECTION (KM 53.0) ON SECTION 20. This project is in the province of Eastern Cape and in the district municipality of OR Tambo. The approximate programme for design is to be completed by November 2025, followed by construction monitoring of 48 months, commencing September

2026.

Only tenderers who are registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1 and with (a) Key Person(s) meeting the minimum requirements and registered with EAPASA are eligible to tender.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender within seven (7) days from the tender advertisement date 01 November 2024. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer being non-responsive, if “any material amendment/s” contained in the addenda or additional information is not included in the tender offer/submission.

COMPLETION AND DELIVERY OF TENDERS

The closing time for receipt of tenders is 11:00 on 29 November 2024.

Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will not be accepted.
