SNA Civil and Structural Engineers (Pty) Ltd, as Engineering Services Provider, invites quotations on behalf of

the Applicant, the South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited, for the Subservice of managing the

environmental process and monitoring environmental compliance during construction for Contract SANRAL

R.390-010-2018/1 for The Special Maintenance on National Route R390 Section 1 from Cradock (km 0.00) to

Hofmeyer (km 62.50). This project is in the province of the Eastern Cape and in the District Municipality of

Chris Hani. The design of the project is completed, and the project is presently in the construction phase of

36 months, which includes a three (3) month Mobilisation Period, having commenced on 10 March 2023.

Only tenderers who meet the minimum requirements for Key Persons and are registered on the National

Treasury Central Supplier Database as stated in the Tender Data, Clause 4.1.1, are eligible to tender.

QUOTATION DOCUMENTS

Quotation documents will be supplied electronically, at no cost, by the Engineering Services Provider, SNA

Civil and Structural Engineers (Pty) Ltd, to potential bidders for downloading at the following link:

Bidders must have access to Microsoft © Office 2013 and Acrobat Adobe © 9.0 or similar compatible

software.

Tenderers must submit, via email, the duly completed Form A1.1 Certificate of Intention to Submit a Tender

prior to 24 May 2024. Failure to submit this certificate would result in the tenderer not receiving addenda or

additional issued information and may result in the tenderer being non-responsive, if “any material

amendment/s” contained in the addenda or additional information is not included in the tender

offer/submission.

A tender clarification meeting will not be held. Queries may be e-mailed to SNA Civil and Structural
